Refund Policy

There is no return/refund policy on the following products:
1. Compression Stockings
2. Supports & Orthoses

There is no replacement policy for compression stockings. We may provide replacement if you receive a defective product, in which case the product should be unused and in its original packaging and condition.

We can only provide replacement in case of Supports and Orthoses products for the following related issues, provided the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging and condition:
1. Size mismatch
2. Defective product

Please note that replacement on the above mentioned products (Compression Stockings, Supports & Orthoses) is only applicable if applied for within 5 days of product delivery. Please inform us through email with the billing details attached.

We provide return/refund policy on the electronic/electrical products such as medical devices. Please note that return/refund/replacement is applicable only if applied for within 5 days of product delivery. Please inform us through email with the billing details attached.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

We will refund you within 14 days of the product return to us (usually as soon as the returned goods are checked). If we have arranged pick up of the goods we will deduct the cost from the refund. If requested, you must provide proof of purchase. If you do not have this and we are unable to track your order, we may not be able to process the refund. If you paid by credit or debit card we will only make a refund to the same card.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping any item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. For online orders your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends from the day you receive your goods. You should inform us either by email at support@maxwelljaipur.com or by telephone 1800-102-1480. 

This policy excludes special order or bespoke items which have been ordered to your specification from available options, or that we do not normally hold in stock, or that have been made to order by the manufacturer.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept return or replacement of used products. Please check such items are suitable before using them.
