In cases of lumbar vertebral syndrome or severe muscular weakness of the spine, LumboLoc Forte acts as a fixed support on the lumbar spine. Integral corset stays at the back support an anatomically correct posture. In addition, two different pressure cushions (pads) in the orthosis can be used to massage either the lumbar region or sacrum.

Indications
• Moderate lumbosciatica with slight muscular deficiencies in the case of intervertebral disk protrusions / prolapse
• Moderate (pseudo)radicular lumbar syndrome

Mode of action
• Anatomically contoured corset stays incorporated at the back facilitate an anatomically correct posture in the area of the lumbar spine, while permitting problem-free individual adaptation to the patient‘s shape.
• The lumbar spine is relieved by the individually adjustable compression of the abdominal cavity.
• The adjustable function strap permits individual adjustment of the force exerted, with respect to location and intensity, and supports the effect of the pad.
• A back pad that can be adapted to the correct anatomical position exerts continuous, extensive massage of the back muscles (lumbar or sacral pad). Lumbar orthosis and pad form a single functional unit.
